Our Service Manager has more than 30 years of experience in the alarm industry, most of those with AllSafe. There is little our experienced service technicians have not seen during their cumulative years servicing alarm systems. If it is broken, it is likely we can fix it.

Because AllSafe stands behind our systems, new installations include a one year warranty. We can also provide an extended warranty for customers that want the guarantee extended.

Our service department is on duty 24 hours every day with a technician on call at night and on weekends. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For after-hours needs, our answering service will contact an alarm technician on duty and have them return your call.
